Finance Ireland Credit Solutions DAC (“Finance Ireland”) has acquired the residential mortgage business and platform of Pepper Finance Corporation (Ireland) DAC trading as Pepper Money.

How does this affect my current mortgage application?

This has no impact on the terms and conditions of your application, other than the fact that the mortgage will become a Finance Ireland mortgage as opposed to a Pepper Money mortgage.

How does this affect my existing Pepper Money mortgage?

If you have an existing Pepper Money mortgage, again there is no impact on the terms and conditions of your mortgage, other than the fact that it will become a Finance Ireland mortgage. You will receive formal notification in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code 2012 in due course, with further details on the transfer including the date by which your mortgage will transfer to Finance Ireland.
